The British International School of Tunis proudly participated in the Tunisia International Forum of Climate Change, a global event that brought together more than 130 young delegates from around the world to discuss one of the most pressing challenges of our time, climate change.
Representing BIST, our secondary pupils took part in debates, workshops and conferences, engaging with international peers, experts and policymakers to share innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Their enthusiasm, critical thinking and teamwork truly embodied the spirit of our school, fostering leadership, awareness and global citizenship.
One of the highlights of the event was the Best Speech Award, which was proudly won by one of our pupils among 130 participants. Her compelling words and eloquent delivery captured the essence of the forum’s mission, inspiring action and hope for a greener planet.
This achievement not only celebrates the talent and commitment of our pupils but also reflects BIST’s dedication to preparing future leaders who are thoughtful, informed and ready to make a difference in the world.
👏 Congratulations to our outstanding participants for representing BIST with excellence, confidence and purpose on the international stage!
